Recovery Coach Leadership Academy RCLA
The Recovery Coach Leadership Academy (RCLA) provides high-quality training and professional development for recovery support professionals. RCLA offers continuing education credits for Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) and delivers nationally recognized trainings including the Recovery Coach Academy (RCA), Ethical Considerations, and other CCAR-based courses. In addition, RCLA provides custom-designed curricula developed by Sean Partch, CPRSR, RCP-F, focused on strengthening leadership, ethical practice, and effective peer recovery support services. These trainings help recovery professionals expand their skills, maintain certification requirements, and improve the quality of support provided to individuals in recovery.

Sean Partch CPRSR-FE, RCP-F
Sean Partch is a Supervisor for the Minnesota Prevention and Recovery Alliance. He was previously the programs and operations manager for the RCN St Cloud and helped develop and implement their Harm Reduction services. Sean is also the Justice Involved Reentry Specialist. As a person in long-term recovery, Sean has dedicated his life to the recovery field and helping others. He has a passion for helping those who have been affected by the criminal justice system have a successful transition back into the community. He has also served as the Corrections and Literature chair for the St. Cloud Intergroup.
He served on the Opioid Community Advisory Committee (OCAC) for Stearns County with the purpose to plan and prioritize initiatives to work on mitigating the impact of opioids in our community. Through the Department of Corrections (DOC), Sean works with Leaders Dogs for the Blind and speaks as a Lions Club member on behalf of the Leader Dogs program throughout the state of Minnesota. Through his 12-step program of recovery, Sean has been able to rebuild his connection with his family and be a loving father to his four daughters and two sons, a grandfather to his six grandchildren, a husband to his wife Tessa, and a supportive son to his mother, Patty.
